Batting An Eye by Lucy Cohen Schmeidler (Antipodean SF 24 July 2008 / ) - My story, "Batting an Eye," (originally written as a class assignment under the title "'I, Red Bat,' by Isaac Asimov") was delayed a month, and is the lead story in the July issue of Antipodean SF, at, which went up in mid-July, and will be up until mid-August. Antipodean is a non-paying venue, but I think it's a pretty good outcome for a class assignment. - Lucy
