Astroblast! Code Blue is a children's activity book with space related items. Astroblast is a snack shop in space run by Radar, Apollo, Halley, Jet, and Sputnik. When Radar gets a Code Blue alert, he calls in the rest of the crew.

As the crew is introduced, they are on a two-page spread that includes an activity for the child. These activities include matching shapes, finding your way through a maze, finding shapes in a picture. The activity and directions are listed at the very bottom of the page. Older children could do the activities themselves but younger children may need help.

The book ends with some extra missions (activities) where the child can go back through the book to find the items listed in each new activity.

Simple and straight forward with text in rhyme and the pictures harken are very reminiscent of the 1950s with a Jetson cartoon feel to them.
