UK Books - November 2007 by John Berlyne
Date: November 2007 /

The troublesome postal strikes of early October didn't effect the arrival of this month's review copies half as much as I feared they might, but it did mean that everything tended to arrive at once! In fact, it has been a busy month for releases and there is a wonderful mix of titles arriving in UK book stores right now.

Review-wise, it's true that content is lighter than usual this month. Of course, there's never going to be enough time to read all I want to, even if I live to be a thousand years old!, but this month has seen real life encroaching more than usual. However I am pleased to offer up my thoughts on the new Clive Barker novel - see below - which I enjoyed enormously and thoroughly recommend.

That's all for now - I'm off to attend the World Fantasy Convention with the rest of the SFRevu gang. Do come and say hi to us!
