Since I already owned widescreen copies of X-Men, X2: X-Men United, and X3: The Last Stand, I already knew that there are more bonuses and special features for those three movies, and it's not unreasonable to assume that is also the case for Elektra, Fantastic Four, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, and Daredevil: Director's Cut. As enjoyable as some of the discs were to watch, others were disappointing in their lack of interesting features.

That said, I think the idea of turning the Marvel Heroes Collection into the Marvel Heroes Collection, Platinum Edition by combining the double disc versions of each movie and adding Fantastic Four: World's Greatest Heroes, Volume 1, as well as however many more volumes of the animated series are available would be a much better value for the fans and more profitable for Fox.

This collection includes 8 DVDs, 1 CD, a digest sized double comic book and a custom-designed lobby card.
