Sets of Narnia: A Classic Comes To Life (24 minutes)
This peek behind the scenes where you see the sets being built is truly an exquisite segment.

Big Movie Comes To A Small Town (23 minutes)
A very enjoyable tour of the town Bovec, Slovenia and the incredibly beautiful countryside around it that was used for location work.

Previsualizing Narnia (10 minutes)
Very cool. First used in animation, we see how previsualization is a quantum leap beyond storyboards. Director Andrew Adamson comes from an animation background but he brings a different sensibility from other animation directors who have the transition.

Talking Animals And Walking Trees: The Magical World Of Narnia (5 minutes)
Very interesting featurette including flashbacks to the animals from The Lion, The Witch And The Wardrobe

Deleted Scenes (with Audio Introduction by Director Andrew Adamson) (11 minutes)

While I enjoyed these scenes a lot and they make excellent bonuses in the DVD set, none of them would have enhanced the movie without something else being cut. I agree with Director Andrew Adamson on their removal. That said, my favorite deleted scene is "Training Archers".

The Bloopers Of Narnia (3 minutes)
Absolutely hilarious, from the pratfalls and blown lines to the practical jokes this is one of the best gag reels I've seen in quite a while.

Secrets Of The Duel (7 minutes)
Speaking as a photographer who has already borrowed tricks from cinematography and videography and adapted them to still photography, it was very interesting watching the choreographing of the duel between Peter and Mraz, as well as how they utilized the tiny Iconix HD camera.

Becoming Trumpkin (5 minutes)
The metamorphosis of Peter Dinklage into Trumpkin is a funny bonus feature.

Warwick Davis: The Man Behind Nikabrik (11 minutes)
Beginning his acting career as an uncredited actor in Time Bandits to playing Wicket Wysrti Warrick in Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi, Warwick Davis has appeared in Labyrinth, Willow, Prince Caspian and the Voyage of the Dawn Treader on TV (as Reepicheep), Prince Valiant, Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace (uncredited), Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone (as both a Goblin Bank Teller and Professor Flitwick), Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (Professor Flitwick), Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban (Wizard), Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Professor Filius Flitwick), Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix (Professor Filius Flitwick), and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009 - in post production) (Professor Filius Flitwick). I enjoyed this featurette on the man behind the makeup and prosthetics, and frankly, the 11 minutes passed way too quickly for my tastes. I wonder if they were on Narnian time.
