After receiving the press release promoting the upcoming release of the animated Marvel's X-Men (Vol. 1 & 2) at the beginning of April, I quickly researched the animated series and discovered that Volume 1 contains all 13 episodes of Season 1 (1992-93) plus the first 3 episodes of Season 2 (1993-94). Volume 2 contains the last 10 episodes of Season 2 (1993-94) plus the first 7 episodes of Season 3 (1994-95). When I discovered that the series ran for 5 seasons, I figured that the creative people working on the show did something right and I definitely wanted to see that something for myself at the earliest opportunity.

After watching all 16 episodes on Volume 1 plus all 17 episodes on Volume 2 of Marvel's X-Men, I realized that not only am I lucky to catch them on the rebound 15 years later, but I can't wait for the rest of them to be released, the sooner the better. They're good entertainment even if they do take a few creative liberties with some of the characters.
