British author Philip Palmer impressed greatly with his energetic and vibrant début Space Opera Debatable Space when it was released early last year - see here for my review. This second Palmer novel has taken a while to appear but looks to have been well worth the wait. Red Claw, with its fantastic retro cover look is a trade paperback release from Orbit.
